When it comes to cat litter, we recommend using granular clumping litter rather than strips. This is because the litter box filters out clumping litter and retains it, while strips or clumps may not pass through the filter properly.
If you notice a mess inside the litter box after spinning, it could be due to the type of litter used. Some cat litters are slow to clump, which can cause a mess if the litter box starts to spin. To prevent this, we suggest setting the cleanup time to 5-15 minutes after the cat uses the box, which can be adjusted through the mobile app.
The self-cleaning litter box may start spinning on its own and continue to do so if it is not placed on a hard, flat surface. Avoid placing a blanket underneath, as this can cause the litter box to rotate abnormally. Additionally, when the device is powered on initially, it undergoes a 1 to 3-minute self-test, which may result in the spinning motion.

The bottom of the DuckSky self-cleaning litter box is equipped with various sensors, including infrared, weight, and smart detectors. These sensors record your cat's frequency of toilet visits, time, and weight changes, and feed the data back to your app.
The litter box offers manual control options, including Auto Clean, Timer Clean, and Manual Clean. The app control also provides a range of additional features, but please note that the app is only compatible with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.
To keep the indoor air fresh, the fecal collection box is a separate module to isolate odors. Additionally, the device uses negative ion technology to eliminate odors.
