Regarding the OSEVEN Stainless Litter Box, we understand that every pet is unique, with their own preferences and needs. This automatic cat litter box has 4 weight sensors, and if you put it on a soft surface, it won't work well, as it needs to protect your pet from trapping or weighing function.
We recommend using litters that are easy to clump, with small particles, such as bentonite litter and mineral litter. Long tofu litter is not compatible with our screen. Crystal, pinewood, and activated carbon litter are not recommended.
As for the maintenance of the self-cleaning litter box, it depends on factors such as the number of cats using it and the type of litter used. Generally, it's recommended to empty the waste container and clean the litter box every 2-3 months to ensure optimal performance and hygiene.
Our self-cleaning litter boxes are designed to accommodate most cat breeds and sizes. The toilet space is 65L, big enough for 2-3 small cats and 1 large cat.
The cat litter box is designed with easy cleaning in mind. It can be easily disassembled for thorough cleaning, and it is water-friendly, allowing you to rinse it directly in the toilet or with a hose.
